Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel

We loved all the hotel offered, its very good location and staff. The room was tidy with double beds, had wake-up service, that's cool.

Fine stay of one night, loved location and staff. We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. Had hair dryers, shower caps and bath sheets in the bathroom. Everything was simply perfect: D

Top-class venue, fantastic bar area, excellent location right next to the building site for the refurbishment.

There were ideal amenities and staff for a perfect 10/10 stay at a hilton hotel.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

Booked the hot buffet breakfast with toast and hash browns, for example, it was above average.

Views appeared to be not so great.

It is well-organized low cost venue, it offers very clean pool and the location is absolutely perfect close to concert.

The venue is hospitable, fairly clean and the location is perfect adjacent to railway station and the resturant and the exhibition centre. Very courteous, pleasant personnel is on the reception desk.

The place was fairly clean, I really enjoyed its amenities and drinks. Cold dishes where served at the à la carte restaurant.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Truly enjoyed our stay, had fun filled 3 days overall. The venue was top-notch, it had wonderful staff and service. It was across the very appealing area.

Everything was first-class, its location and staff, plus good wi-fi. The breakfast had plenty of food, like pastries, scrambled eggs, coffee and pancakes.

Service was very good and food was good. I truly enjoyed the lunch in the nearby Zizzi.

The room was wet, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was PLUSH and fairly clean, generous-sized rooms.

Everything was really good including people and food. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Pool was nice too. Loved Birmingham, the hotel was pleasant! Venue's restaurant was really nice and with freshly cooked food.

View was great, breakfast was EXCELLENT, and beds were comfortable. The rooms were original & original, the decoration was nice. Lovely reception.

It was a fantastic stay, reasonably good place. The location - brilliant and the staff - very welcoming, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. And it also had lovely view. A great selection of options for sensational breakfast. Fantastic service throughout the hotel.

magnificent location, efficient staff, good restaurant. it was good to be 1 km away from five guys, serving short-orders. i had a perfectly pleasant stay at this popular hotel.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Excellent location and lovely pool. Large beds. Zizzi is within a walking distance of the hotel. There was a train station in the vicinity.

hotel was placed in front of such tourist sites as resorts world arena. great property with attractive prices.
